This roundtable will explore the critical role of the delivery system in maximising the value of the transformation to Offer/Order/Settle/Deliver (OOSD), enabling an evolution from departure control to journey delivery.

It will discuss the orchestration of various traveler journey elements by the delivery management system, including flight and non-air products, to ensure a seamless travel experience.

The session will examine how OOSD will transform the airport experience, providing travelers with timely information and options, and giving airlines contextual data to optimize operations and target offers.

Acknowledging that the shift to OOSD is a significant change that will occur over several years at varying paces, the discussion will also focus on how new processes and capabilities can integrate with existing Departure Control Systems.
